Welcome to my little kitchen. This is where the magic happens.

Nestled inside my little trailer park home is the space where every pie crust is rolled by hand, every cookie is hand scooped, and every bagel gets shaped. It may not be a sprawling commercial bakery, but it’s where passion, patience, and plenty of butter come together to create something worth sharing.

Before starting Trailer Park Pies, I started as a baker at Beans & Barley, learning the skills and growing my passion for producing fresh baked goods for my local community. Since the closure of Beans and Barley, I have continued to grow my career and skills working as a pastry cook at Milwaukee’s iconic Pfister Hotel, where I have developed my techniques in a professional pastry kitchen and continue to experience the joy there is in creating desserts that make people smile.

Now, I’ve brought those experiences back home. Every order is baked in this little kitchen, in small batches, from scratch. Trailer Park Pies is proof that you don’t need a fancy bakery to make something special. You just need a couple ingredients, a little know-how, and a whole lot of heart. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to bake something for you.
